Full Job Description

We provide support to adults aged 18-65 years old who have learning disabilities and or mental health needs, who live in their own homes around the Birmingham/ Solihull area, with most our units in Acocks Green.

A brief summary of the tasks involved will include:-

Supporting service users to maintain the cleanliness of their daily living environments, and supporting them with laundry tasks in the evening.

Providing emotional support to our service users when required.

Supporting service users with the safe keeping of their personal effects, budgeting and handling money when checking finance sheets in the evening and reporting any concerns to your immediate supervisor.

At Community Living and Support Services Ltd we are looking to expand our team.
We are looking for a sleep-in support worker. This role requires someone to come in overnight and sleep at one of our units.
You will get paid £11.54 an hour from 8pm - 10pm and then overnight a flat rate of £35 for sleeping till 8am. This job role could be really beneficial if you are someone that cannot work in the day or have children you have to look after., · Opportunity to gain an accredited qualifications - such as NVQ Level 2 and Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
