Full Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Social Media and Internal Communications Assistant at XMA's office in St Albans - this is a hybrid role with two days a week working from home. As XMA's Internal Comms and Social Media Executive you will manage our social media platforms and create content promoting our products and services whilst supporting the wider marketing team efforts., · Creation and Management of our Social media Calendar

· Content creation for posts to attract relevant customers and driving call to actions

· Market research and reporting analytics

· Supporting the wider Marketing team with events and initiatives

· Building rapport and strong working relationships with key stakeholders

· Supporting our internal communications department with copywriting and campaigns from ideation to execution.

We are looking for someone with prior experience in Social Media Content Creation or a similar role - a first or second jobber. Demonstrating a proficiency in creating engaging content across multiple platforms is key. A keen eye for aesthetics, creative copy, and effective communication, the ability to work independently or in a team as well as the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders is key to this role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem solving and analytical skills and strong numerical skills to delve into data and share valuable insights is also an advantage.
