Full Job Description

We are seeking a Software Licensing Administrator to join our Procurement team.
We are looking for someone to support the Software Sales Team with the software sales cycle, procurement activity and invoicing.

To manage and administer software vendor and distribution portal activities where applicable for all software vendors. To help the sales teams with all order related queries and ensure sales are aware of outstanding business awaiting completion.

To provide a consistent and accurate level of support and reporting to the procurement team as required through email and helpdesk queries.
To own the end-to-end procurement process for software orders.

Key tasks will involve:
Supporting the Software Sales team where applicable with quoting software agreements across an array of vendors such as

  • Microsoft, Adobe, Veeam, VMWare etc.

  • Support Software Sales Team with Renewals Management.

  • Liaising with Partners and Suppliers to ensure best value.

  • Managing the Procurement process such as cost management, stock control, Purchase Orders, Invoicing, and Supplier Engagement.

  • Software Licensing Administration.

  • Management of the internal helpdesk system SDP.

  • It is also desired but not essential to have Business Administration level 2 or 3 qualification, administrative experience within a procurement or finance environment and demonstrable years licensing administration, Buyer/Procurement experience., Disability Confident
