Full Job Description

Support with menu development, stock management and maintaining a safe and compliant kitchen
Provide guidance to junior kitchen staff members

Ensure that high standards and attention to detail are maintained, working with the team to achieve and maintain 5

    The Sous Chef plays an integral role in training and development junior team member

    The Kingfisher is situated at the heart of the Kingsmead community, serving the JW Lees Heritage menu with weekly specials produced in-house using local ingredients. It has a fantastic beer garden for when the British sun decides to shine and a large restaurant for all family occasion needs.
