Sous Chef

We take great pride in our culinary service here at Hollins Hall Hotel and we are looking to expand our team and recruit a Full Time Junior Sous Chef who wants to move forward in their career by bringing flair and creativeness in the kitchen. Duties include:

• Prepare dishes of the highest quality.


• Preparation for lunch, dinner service and weddings and events.


• Ensure all kitchen areas are kept clean and tidy.


• Work well with other chefs on duty.


• Respond to customer queries appropriately.


The successful candidate will have a proven history of working in a kitchen, working within a team, understanding and implementation of food safety systems and be able to work weekends.

Hollins Hall Hotel & Country Club is a 122-Bedroom hotel, and our main event facility is the Hawksworth Suite, which happens to be one of the one of the most popular wedding venues in the local area, for up to 200 guests. The hotel also boasts two restaurants, each with its own theme.
