Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Sous Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will assist the Head Chef in all food preparation activities, ensuring high-quality dishes are served to our customers. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the Head Chef to plan and create new menus - Oversee food production and ensure adherence to recipes and quality standards - Supervise kitchen staff in the absence of the Head Chef - Assist in maintaining inventory levels and controlling food costs - Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations - Train kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety procedures Experience: - Proven experience working in a culinary role, preferably as a Sous Chef or similar position - Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment - Familiarity with food safety standards and procedures - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to work well under pressure in a
