South Gloucestershire Area Practitioner - Send and You

This role involves face-to-face meetings, running drop-in sessions, small group information sessions and targeted outreach activities within identified communities, such as events within schools and in community settings. The role also involves responding to calls and emails to our Information, Advice & Support (IAS) line from parents, carers and young people.
We will provide you with fully accredited training to carry out this role.

You will need to be an excellent communicator, with the ability to deal confidently and professionally with a wide range of people. You will also need to be resilient and an excellent team player with a strong focus on improving outcomes for children, young people and their families. You will strive for excellent standards of customer service, showing empathy and understanding and offering timely information and signposting.

Salary: £24,948 - £26,845 pro rata
