We are actively seeking high-achieving individuals with considerable potential to enrich our Strategy & Consulting Supply Chain Consulting practice, with a particular focus on SAP-enabled transformation projects. Our objective is to recruit a Strategy & Consulting Manager for our UKI Supply Chain & Operations division, a that is critical for enhancing our ability to lead and deliver substantial, global S/4 HA transformation projects for significant clients.

In this you will be responsible for:

  • Steering client engagements from ERP strategy, through design and implementation, with a strong emphasis on SAP as a tool for enabling Supply Chain transformations.

  • Spearheading business development efforts, identifying, and exploring opportunities with both new and existing clients, with a focus on showcasing the value of SAP-enabled transformations. This includes ongoing business development both internally and with clients. Offering functional consulting within at least one S/4HA

  • supply chain area, applying SAP solutions to drive business value rather than focusing solely on technical implementation.

  • Planning, managing, and executing the delivery of engagements, ensuring they meet and exceed client expectations and adhere to our stringent quality standards.

  • An excellent communicator with the ability to convey complex program delivery content in business language to senior stakeholders, fostering an environment of clarity and mutual understanding.

    Demonstrated expertise in consulting, emphasizing strategic and operational aspects of SAP supply chain transformations including Design, Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Delivery processes.

  • Responsible for leading workstreams in at least 2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformation projects, highlighting a blend of technical understanding and consulting acumen, specifically within business transformation programs.

  • A robust foundation in management consulting or advisory roles, preferably with a focus on SAP transformations.

  • An in-depth understanding of the intricacies of supply chain processes and the impact of SAP solutions on these processes.

  • Experience in leading and managing diverse teams across multiple geographic locations, ensuring high-quality delivery aligned with client expectations.

  • Experience working with at least one of the following SAP Modules: MM, PP, EWM, IBP, or Ariba with an emphasis on leveraging these tools to drive business improvement rather than focusing on technical specifications.

  • Superior skills in stakeholder management and relationship building, crucial for navigating complex project environments and ensuring successful outcomes.

  • The successful candidate will be a business-focused SAP delivery professional with a passion for developing a rapidly growing programme management capability., 5+ years consulting and/or project delivery experience including: delivery to agreed scope, time scales and budgets from a top tier consulting company or blue-chip organisation

  • Show your active participation in the SAP community, such as leading workshops that advance the understanding and application of SAP in supply chain transformations. This demonstrates not only expertise but also a commitment to shaping the future of SAP implementations.
