As our Retail Ready Specialist, you'll be a part of the pre-retailing operation for our large format Superstores. Your role? As part of the role as a Retail Ready Specialist, you will work alongside our team of sorters in our Northern Logistics Centre in Batley, finalising the development of retail ready stock packages for new store openings and retail development projects. You'll be instrumental in making our superstore ambition a reality., As a Superstore Retail Ready Specialist you will work alongside the Batley team finalising the development of Superstore stock packages for new store openings and retail development projects from our Northern Logistics Centre in Batley. Working with our team of sorters you will organise high volumes of quality donated and new stock to create priced, ready to retail stock packages in line with specified requirements. Quality control will form part of your remit with stock packages being signed off prior to dispatch. You will work with the Superstore Implementation Manager to produce mood boards and stock specification lists for our team of sorters to support the development of the best and most appropriate stock packages possible., Oxfam is committed to preventing any type of unwanted behaviour at work including sexual harassment, exploitation and abuse, lack of integrity and financial misconduct; and committed to promoting the welfare of children, young people, adults and beneficiaries with whom Oxfam GB engages.   • Experience of working in a process driven warehouse environment.

  • Experience of working collaboratively & taking the lead when required.

  • Ability to take direction with a focus on consistent delivery of standards and processes.

  • Ability to translate and communicate change through effective communication skills.

  • Ability to flex approach in response to changing operational needs.

  • Effective time management and prioritisation.

  • IT literacy and numeracy across multiple platforms, including social media.

  • Commercial awareness and judgement.
