Full Job Description

  • Support: Serve as an integral part of the Operations team, offering 1st and 2nd line support to clients via phone and email channels.

  • Database and Software Configuration: Configure and work with EPOS databases and our software platform for both new configurations and existing clients.

  • Integration Maintenance: Handle configuration and maintenance of integrations and interfaces.

  • Hardware Configuration: Assist in configuring hardware components as needed.

  • Project Support: Aid the Project Management and Installations teams in delivering projects to clients efficiently and effectively.

    Technical Expertise: Experience in an IT technical helpdesk role is desirable

  • Industry Experience: Prior experience in the hospitality or service industry is desirable, including use of EPOS.

  • Qualifications: GCSE or equivalent education is preferred.

  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel. Zendesk experience is preferable but not essential. Customer-facing experience is preferred but not essential., GCSE or equivalent (preferred)


  • Experience:
  • Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)

  • IT Support: 1 year (preferred)
