Support Worker - Self Employed. JW / Dorset / 070923

The Role: To provide support to a lady in her 50's in her home environment, and in the community. She has a complex neurological condition that affects her day-to day life. She requires a self-employed support worker who can assist her daily, and this can be a job share. Please only apply for this position if you're self-employed with the relevant insurance in place.,

• To assist with food shopping and packing this away.


• To support with attending the Dr's / hospital appointments.


• To support with collecting medication from the pharmacy / or the vet.


• To support with preparing breakfast, and an evening meal.


• To encourage to eat and drink.


• To be present and supporting getting out of the bath.


• To support with taking the bins out.


• To provide domestic tasks, such as bleaching the floors, laundry, and general tidying.


• To change and make the bed.
