Surgery Team Leader

The Surgery Team Leaders lead our non-clinical Surgery teams, ensuring a high-quality service is provided to patients, and providing compassionate leadership for all Surgery staff.

The post holder will be required to ensure all operational aspects of the site are running smoothly on a daily basis. Any issues will need to be resolved in a timely manner, ensuring effective communication with the management team., You will work closely with other Surgery Team Leaders as well as clinical staff, to take ownership of routine Surgery site operations and liaise with the wider Management Team and Executive Team as required for escalation of any issues that cannot be dealt with locally.

In agreement with your peers, you will work either at a dedicated site or in a floating/cover role across sites.
