Full Job Description

  • Manage a portfolio of sustainability-related projects, both as an active member and project manager, to ensure on-time delivery.

  • Develop and track a suite of KPIs and reports that can be used to track environmental performance by the management board, offering insight into the prioritisation of potential future projects.

  • Participate in discussions with the OI Group Sustainability Manager and align the business unit's approach with those requirements.

  • Drive our sustainability communication strategy with our employees, including training and internal marketing campaigns where needed to influence behaviour effectively.

  • Maintain a professional awareness of industry standards, technical developments, competitor activity and other market trends relating to sustainability.

  • Support the business by providing expertise to enable high-quality quantitative analysis of the environmental impact of decisions being made by the organisation

  • Be the point of contact for the business on issues relating to sustainability.

  • Promote a continuous improvement culture within OIPT, bringing together cross functional teams, process improvement techniques and training as required.

  • Represent the interests of all departments on issues relating to your platform.

  • Carry out other tasks that might reasonably be requested by the company.

    Degree Qualified in relevant discipline


  • Professional Skills/ Abilities:
  • Proven Project Manager

  • Experience in Sustainability consultancy and report writing.

  • Experience in managing sustainability projects in semiconductor/scientific equipment industries preferred.

  • Enthusiastic, with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the company

  • Pragmatic and Strong influencing skills.
