Talent Acquisition Manager

We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Talent Acquisition Manager to join our growing team! As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for finding, recruiting and retaining talented candidates. You'll be in charge of our onboarding process, as well as overseeing the Learning and Development of employees across multiple departments.

Objectives & Responsibilities:

• Source and find candidates qualified for open positions.


• Organise and execute the recruitment selection process (review employment applications, conduct interviews and screening calls, arrange trial shifts etc.).


• Oversee the onboarding process and help to organise the logistics of new starters joining the company.


• Design and implement training programs to support employee learning and development across various departments.


• Assist with appraisals and performance reviews, as well as disciplinary processes and formal grievances.


• Perform candidate and employee satisfaction evaluations and suggest measures for improving candidate experience and employee retention.


• Help to implement company values, build our company culture and encourage employees to be brand ambassadors.
  
  Highly organised with good time management skills.


• Great interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to support and motivate staff.


• Familiarity with the recruitment process and hands on experience with posting jobs and conducting interviews.


• Solid understanding of Human Resources and the key principles of employment law.


• Strong ethics and morals and sound judgement.


• Excellent written and spoken English.


• 2+ years experience as Talent Acquisition Manager or similar HR role., Recruiting: 2 years (preferred)


• Human resources: 2 years (required)
