Full Job Description
- Recruit top talent at all levels and departments including Sales, Marketing and other functions for different offices
- Develop a comprehensive sourcing strategy to attract passive candidates as well as running market mapping for strategic roles
- Source, screen, contact candidates, conduct interviews, check references, and close the recruitment process with focus on strategic approach
- Proactively guide and coach hiring managers through the recruitment process and develop search strategies for the respective department
- Manage relationship between recruitment agencies
Min. 5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably from the agency AND inhouse (or RPO) background - Experience working for different markets in a matrix organization
- Strong experience in Boolean Searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other passive candidate sourcing techniques
- Experience with social networks and job boards along with the ability to use these tools for sourcing and employer branding activities
- Knowledge of international recruitment techniques, employment policies and procedures for various markets
- Strong business acumen and proactive energetic personality
- Successful track record with commercial of roles within the tech organizations preferred.
- Excellent English skills
