If this sounds like your thing, join us as a Talent Acquisition Partner. You'll play a crucial role in not only filling positions but also driving recruitment strategies that align with our high-volume operational needs, including Traincrew, Stations and Retails roles.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner in our People team, you'll lead the recruitment for all operational functions, including executive hires, ensuring that we attract and retain the best talent. You'll support the strategic outlook and implement recruitment initiatives that will not only fill current vacancies but are also designed to enhance our organisational strength.
Through your experience and leadership, you'll lead, mentor and coach a great Talent Acquisition team to attract top-tier talent, who are not only a skills fit, but also align with our core values and long-term strategic goals. A natural relationship builder, you will partner across the function to understand current trends, challenges and help to provide a clear future orientated talent pipeline.,

  • Lead the successful delivery of operational recruitment strategies.

  • Develop and oversee the psychometric testing processes, ensuring compliance and excellence.

  • Cultivate strong relationships with prospective candidates and build talent communities for critical positions.

  • Design and implement robust recruitment strategies and succession plans within the team.

  • Manage senior-level hires and liaise closely with our recruitment marketing team and external suppliers.

    As a strategic thinker with the capability for leadership, you excel in managing high-volume recruitment and developing innovative recruitment solutions. Your collaborative approach enables you to influence at every level, significantly impacting our organisational growth and culture.

  • We're also looking for the following:
  • Experience in high-volume recruitment in a large, complex organisation.

  • Proficient in leading and coaching a recruitment team to meet ambitious SLA targets.

  • Strong business partnering skills and ability to drive strategic workforce planning.

  • Expert knowledge of recruitment systems and up-to-date recruitment technologies.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.

  • Experience in both agency and in-house settings is advantageous.
