Full Job Description

  • Support the Manager, Talent Acquisition Programs in facilitating the hiring process, owning end-to-end hiring for an assigned portfolio of hotels

  • + Achieve future pipeline of talent to support growth of the company
    + Research diversity and protected characteristic hiring solutions and ascertain viability for implementing at Marriott, including assessing readiness and adjustments required. Develop solutions if viable and implement.
  • Providing support in all necessary administration for Voyage recruiting, including sourcing requisitions, screening, tracking applications, updating applicant status and sharing with key stakeholders.

  • Requisition management on the Application Tracking System of Marriott University Programs.

  • Support with monthly TA metrics, analytics, and reports for the TA team - Vacancy Reports, University Relations Report, Interns on Property Report and annual Company Relations Report.

  • Through the management of the EMEA TA Team email inboxes, support communications to the EMEA external environment for talent acquisition information and initiatives for the Division as well as day to day communication to hotels and their TA teams in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Tracks and coordinates key priorities including key presentations, responsibilities, and due dates, such as Recruitment Trips, Career Fairs and Company visits.

  • Keep up to date with/and ability to give guidance on Marriott SOPs & MIPs and supports ongoing training and education to the associates both on and above property on career advice, career development, orientation, CV writing, Brand Fit and placement requests.

  • Monitor all hiring and recruitment processes for compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and company policies and standards.

    2 years of progressive experience in on property hospitality

  • Previous experience and/or strong interest in the field of talent acquisition in Europe, Middle East and/or Africa an advantage.

  • Previous experience in administrative organization.

  • No supervisory experience is required.

  • Education or Certification
  • Bachelor's Degree, High School Diploma or equivalent required.
