Full Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Secretary for our psychology led staff support service at Sunderland and South Tyneside NHS Trust. As an organisation we value the wellbeing of our staff and this services aims to service to enhance staff wellbeing across the organisation. The service provides in house one to one support, as well as team support and tailored training programmes.

The Service is delivered by a well-established Clinical Health Psychology Service, where you will work as part of the staff support service and also have support from the wider administrative team. The role requires the administration and management of referral pathways to the staff support service, supporting data collection and outcomes, organisation of meetings and training events, and supporting any administration of meetings.

This role is well-suited to someone who has an interest in working within psychology and NHS staff support. There are many aspects to the role so having skills in time-management, organisation and managing deadlines will be essential.

You may have previous experiences of working in NHS services before, but this is not essential.
