Full Job Description
· Engineering or computer science qualifications beyond GCSE or equivalents
· Suitability for externally facing roles
· Proven track record in effective task management, project coordination, teamwork, and organisational skills.
You will stand out if you have any of these:
· Business Development support experience
· R&D Project Management support experience
· R&D Engineering support experience
· Recruitment experience
· Any other business operations experience within a startup environment
· A minimum of a 2:1 degree.
· Basic IT troubleshooting skills.

Do you have a technical background but want to work in externally facing roles in a cutting edge AI tech startup?
Archangel Imaging team are entering scale-up stage with AI products in deployed vehicles and proven with organisations like Network Rail, Nuclear Decommissioning Authority and Ministry of Defence. There are a lot of growth opportunities! We are therefore looking for analytically-minded generalists to drive forward transformative interdisciplinary initiatives in technical sales, manufacturing & distribution, and technical recruitment. You will be working closely with our Commercial Lead, Operations Manager and C-team, setting up strong foundation for scaling and shaping pivotal relationships with our customers and future teammates. You will be part of a smart and friendly team trusted and recognised for pioneering work, evidenced by regular wins including the recent $1m GENIUS NY grand prize for unmanned systems startups.
How you will make an impact:
You will be rotating between these activities, developing a well-rounded understanding and skillset, before specialising in 1 or 2 activities:
· Business Development support: technical bid writing
· Recruitment support: sourcing engineering role
· R&D Project Management support
· R&D Engineering support: support testing campaigns, production & delivery of our AI copilot (for drones) prototypes/ products
You will have an opportunity to move into a senior position as you demonstrate growth in job complexity, knowledge, level of ownership and initiative.
