Full Job Description

  • Preparation, service, testing, and fault finding of medical devices as per defined procedures and Work Instructions ensuring documentation is correctly completed and retained.

  • Maintain the effectiveness of product traceability from receipt, usage, and dispatch to customers.

  • Control defective items via segregation and correct identification.

  • Liaise with all departments within the business ensuring information is concisely communicated and best practices are followed

  • Maintain safe working practices around gas and gas products and maintain appropriate records

  • To identify and record any non-conformance's to specification requirements and raise relevant paperwork.

  • Diagnose errors or technical problems using test jigs and determine proper solutions.

  • Ensure all stock movements are accurately recorded and stock is used on a first in first out basis., We are a small, friendly team who work together to ensure flexibility for our employees and their families.     Please note this role is most suited to an individual with 2-3 years experience in electronic device assembly/repair., Being systematic and accurate (Logical thinking)

  • Ability to work to procedures

  • PC literate with good administration skills

  • Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment

  • Manual Handling (Inc heavy lifting), 5 GCSE's or equivalent at passing grade or above desirable

  • Experience in electronic, pneumatic, or mechanical device assembly/manufacturer and/or repair desirable

  • Further qualification in a relevant discipline desirable, Mechanical/Electronic assembly: 2 years (preferred)
