Bath Holiday Rentals is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Property Manager to lead our dedicated team in Bath. In this pivotal role, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our portfolio of luxury self-catering holiday properties, fostering strong relationships with homeowners, and exceeding guest expectations., Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating teams to achieve organisational goals.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.


• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to ensuring smooth operations.


• Strong organisational skills with a meticulous attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.


• A full UK driving license and proximity to Bath are mandatory due to occasional on-call responsibilities.


• Knowledge of Bath and the surrounding area is a plus
