TikTok Shop - Star Creator Manager, London

Design top creator performance and growth strategies for TikTok Shop content; define goals, identify campaign and brand opportunities and establish key content/product directions
- Maintain collaborative relationships with top revenue-driving creators, high-profile influencers/talent and key agency partners
- Increase TikTok Shop creator business awareness by building and amplifying Star creator successful case studies
- Monitor and analyse the performance metrics of creator campaigns and shoppable content, adjusting strategies as needed to optimise results
- Identify future Star creators (revenue-driving or awareness-building) and onboard to TikTok Shop through 1:1 bespoke pitching
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. Category, Product, Legal, Governance) to optimise processes, remove any friction to creator experiences and further support affiliate GMV growth
- Support creator programme design (including incentive policies), contract signing and payment fulfilment

Professional experience in creator community management, affiliate marketing or influencer/talent management
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance data to drive creator growth plans
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills; ability to build and maintain relationships with Creators and cross-functional teams
- A good team player, fast learner and open to challenges
- UK market experience required, Familiar with TikTok and mainstream affiliate programs, e-commerce platforms; experience in content-based e-commerce is highly preferred
- Strong connections with creators and talent agencies is advantageous
- Knowledge and experience in live shopping may be beneficial
- Quick learner, proactive and resilient, ability to cope well under pressure
- Ability to manage ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced working environment
