Trainee Forex Broker

Throughout your employment, you'll develop an in-depth knowledge of financial markets; current affairs, economics, commercial finance and of course foreign exchange.

The role, as a junior, will include:

• Make highly professional outbound calls to key decision makers.


• Successfully close new opportunities


• Develop your knowledge of commercial finance and be able to identify selling opportunities to new and existing clients


• Achieve KPI's, sales targets and gross profit targets set


• Keep up to date with all financial markets


• Be able to successfully cross sell other financial products to your client portfolio


• Become an expert on risk management business solutions.


• Build relationships with key decision makers including Financial Directors/Managing Directors across a range of different companies


• Demonstrate a keen commercial awareness for the FX markets


• Work successfully in a team of other highly motivated individuals

Advancing to a Senior broker will mean that the above becomes a smaller part of your role as your time is focused on managing your own portfolio of clients and eventually growing and managing your own team. This advancement will depend on your results and could be achieved in Year 1.
