Trainee Paralegal

The successful candidate will work 7 hours a day, 35 hours a week, between the core working hours of 8am-6pm, Monday to Friday.,

• Managing cases and/or task based work with full supervision - specifically personal injury cases;


• Pursuing claims through pre- and post-litigation stages, making full use of our case management system;


• Complying with agreed service standards;


• Communicating with clients, insurers, expert witnesses and solicitors;


• Dealing with administration as required., As a trainee paralegal/trainee case handler, you will join a salary structure whereby you will have regular six monthly salary reviews on a two year structure.


You can expect a salary increase in accordance with the structure if your performance is satisfactory and will therefore benefit from regular discussions about your progression, through formal appraisals and one-to-one meetings.

• Previous case handling experience is not essential as full training will be given.
