Trainee Regional Door to Door Charity Salesperson Manager

A company built on a solid foundation of 14 years' experience within the industry, we are Unite Sales Group and we are working to revolutionise the fundraising industry. Our sole focus is to provide fresh opportunities, make money and be the backbone of support for our charity partners.

We've currently opened the opportunity to welcome a candidate to the team with the intention of progressing to a regional manager role. For this role, we're looking for someone with at least small amount of successful fundraising team leading/management experience that is hungry for the opportunity to climb to the top.

Unite Sales Group come from a background of fundraising and sales across different sectors, we have a good understanding of where other career road maps have weak spots and need tweaking. We are looking to work closely with the successful candidate, to develop premium management skills, to delegate time and energy successfully to enable you to work the role predominantly office based, being able to stretch your time across several teams regionally. Your success is our success, which is why it's important to find a candidate with potential, that may have been failed in previous work environments (it happens!).
