Responsible for the day to day operations of the Training & Technology Centre (TTC).

Co-ordinate the planning and support the execution of all customer visits, training courses and events in the TTC and respective areas so as to ensure a positive customer experience.

Maintain, organize and co-ordinate bookings for customer visits including, catering, parking and travel requirements liaising with other departments as appropriate.

Maintain stock levels of disposables and refreshment resources.

Good English in verbal and written communication skills

Experienced in ensuring visitors to the building have a positive experience, for example corporate events or hospitality management

Able to plan and manage own workload and be effective with minimal supervision and deal with conflicting deadlines and priorities

Empathetic communicator, able to remain calm under pressure and deal with visitor issues in a professional and courteous manner

Prepared to go the extra mile to ensure events are successful, including flexibility with working hours to accommodate events which may occur outside of core office hours, A-Level or equivalent (required)

Corporate events or hospitality management: 1 year (required)
