Oxfam GB is looking for a Project Manager to plan and deliver a suite of projects to achieve an ambitious programme of change including Retail Transformation, Digital Transformation and significant business change., This role will give you an opportunity to make a significant contribution to an ambitious transformative Programme of work. You will work with a group of passionate people, including specialists in Retail, Digital, Supporter Engagement and delivery of Oxfam's mission., Oxfam is committed to preventing any type of unwanted behaviour at work including sexual harassment, exploitation and abuse, lack of integrity and financial misconduct; and committed to promoting the welfare of children, young people, adults and beneficiaries with whom Oxfam GB engages. The post holder will undertake the appropriate level of training and is responsible for ensuring that they understand and work within the safeguarding policies of the organisation.

Do you have significant Project Management experience in a complex Organizational context?

Have you delivered significant digital transformation projects?, Our next Project Manager will require experience and knowledge of delivering a suite of overlapping projects within a complex organizational context. Knowledge of tools and techniques of project management (including planning, dependency mapping, risk management and reporting). An ability to juggle different priorities and deliver high quality outcomes under pressure. Experience of working with a diverse set of stakeholders to achieve consensus. Experience of delivering e-commerce projects is desirable.
