Full Job Description

  • ·Route planning for collections and deliveries UK, IE & EU

  • Planning to timed departures and arrivals

  • ·Booking Jobs, Ferries, responding to customers & suppliers

  • Sending customs details to customers

  • ·Working alongside the Operations Manager & Team Leader with an excellent support team.

    At least 2yrs Previous experience within a fast paced transport office

  • Good Geographical Knowledge of UK & EU

  • Good understanding of working time directive

  • Can work well on own initiative & also work well as part of a team ( Team player is key )

  • Be proactive and reactive whilst working in a pressurized enviroment

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to adapt at short notice

  • Excellent problem-solving skills

  • Confident and proficient use of Microsoft Office Applications ( Word, Excel etc )

  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail., Have you worked in a fast paced, pressurized environment before?

  • Have you ever had to deal with a planning issue under pressure? If so, how did you solve the problem
