Full Job Description

As the Tyre Centre Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of all site associates to ensure the delivery of excellent service standards.

Your main duties will include stocktaking, supervising the tyre technicians and fitters, assisting with recruitment, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.,

  • Day-to-day supervision of all site associates, including tyre technicians and fitters, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • Conducting regular stocktaking to maintain accurate inventory records and optimize stock levels.

  • Supervising the tyre technicians and fitters, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and high-quality workmanship.

  • Assisting with the recruitment process, including advertising vacancies, conducting interviews, and selecting suitable candidates.

  • Collaborating with the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer service.

  • Maintaining a safe and clean working environment, complying with health and safety regulations.

  • Handling customer queries and complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Monitoring and analysing key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and drive business growth.

  • Conducting regular performance reviews and providing feedback and training to associates to enhance their skills and performance.

  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments, attending relevant training programs and workshops.

    Proven experience in a managerial role within the tyre industry.

  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

  • Excellent knowledge of tyre products, services, and industry regulations.

  • Good understanding of stock management and inventory control processes.

  • Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and handle customer complaints effectively.

  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management systems.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Flexibility to work occasional Saturdays.
