Full Job Description

  • You'll define a comprehensive UX design strategy that aligns with our brand vision and business objectives. This will include content approach, design principles, style guides, and UX best practices to guide the creation of intuitive and user-centric digital experiences for all B2B Customers, Partners and frontline Employees.

  • Collaboration is key! Working closely with our content creators and stakeholders, you'll be delivering compelling, informative, and on-brand content that resonates with and delights our target audiences, providing consistency across all customer facing touchpoints.

  • Partnering with experts, you'll develop and utilise research and analysis, leveraging qualitative and quantitative methods to gain insights into user behaviours, needs, and pain points, applying findings to inform UX design decisions and enhancements.

  • It'll be your opportunity to define the information architecture and interaction design for our digital platforms. Creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that effectively communicate and translate business requirements into seamless user experiences.

  • Leadership of your team is key! To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a strong record of building and leading high-performing UX, design and content teams (5 direct reports with circa 40 team members). That means providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities to foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning. You'll be used to working with teams both on and near/offshore to achieve success together.

    Proven experience in leading UX design and content strategy within a digital environment.

  • Strong expertise in user-centred design principles, usability testing, and information architecture.

  • Proficiency in UX design tools, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design software.

  • Solid understanding of content strategy, creation, and management across various digital platforms.

  • Excellent knowledge of best practices, emerging trends, and technologies in UX design and content.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and user insights to drive design decisions.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and strategies to stakeholders.

  • Experience in managing and developing a team of UX designers and content creators both on and offshore.

  • Proven track record of successfully delivering UX design projects on time and within budget.
