Vehicle service advisor

Greet customers and provide them with a warm welcome to the service department
- Listen to customers' concerns and accurately document their vehicle issues
- Provide recommendations for necessary repairs and maintenance based on customer concerns and vehicle inspections
- Generate repair orders and communicate repair details to technicians
- Estimate repair costs and provide customers with accurate quotes
- Upsell additional services or maintenance packages to customers
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicles throughout the repair process
- Handle cash transactions, including collecting payments and providing change
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our service department.
