Full Job Description

As our VP, Product (Trademark), you will be a strategic leader, visionary, team leader and an advocate for the Corsearch Trademark product line, working closely with customers, cross-functional stakeholders and your product team, to ensure the creation and delivery of the trademark product suite delivers value both to customers and the business.

You will bring seasoned product and market experience to focus on the expansion and growth of our product portfolio and tools in a customer focused organization.

Responsibilities and Duties

Build the Vision

  • Manage and support the strategic vision of the trademark product suite

  • Create a trademark product roadmap for a 3-year period driving value for customers, revenue growth, and operational efficiencies

  • Collaborate with Engineering to build an aligned data and technology strategy supporting analytics, AI, and driving a joined up user experience across the application portfolio

  • Ensure regular feedback loops are set with customers to continuously improve their workflows and user experience


  • Deliver the Product
  • Partner with Engineering to deliver on an aggressive yet predictable development timeline

  • Drive user research to ensure adoption and value creation for external and internal customers

  • Improve cross-functional product development processes to ensure new features and innovations are rapidly brought to market and adopted

  • Develop additional features moving from software and services to self-service SaaS

  • Collaborate with technology to ensure data management and architecture are invested in to accelerate product development including integrated data science, analytics, and AI

  • Partner with technology to improve our agile processes to deliver with quality and accelerate innovation


  • Drive Value Through Adoption
  • Evangelize our solution capabilities with our customers and within the organization to ensure maximum growth opportunity

  • Work cross-functionally with partners across product, operations, engineering, finance and commercial to establish key priorities and initiatives driving impact Develop and manage platform and product convergence plans with stakeholder group

  • Build a strong external presence and be an evangelist of our product vision and roadmap influencing our industry, partners and customers.

  • Work with Product Marketing to develop a compelling narrative for our product vision.

  • Presenting to medium to large audiences and being an evangelist for the organization internally and at customer events


  • Build a High Performance Product Management Team
  • Lead and grow a diverse product development culture starting with the product team, but extending across the whole of Trademarks

  • Build, develop and inspire a high performing product team inclusive of product managers, product owners and business analysts Focus on developing talent across product, technology, operations, and commercial teams educating on product development and key aspects of trademarks

  • , Improve processes gathering the voice of the customer from clients directly, through commercial teams, customer success, and operations to rapidly identify improvements leading to improved customer satisfaction, client retention, and value creation

  • Close partnership and operational interlock (data gathering and enforcement) with key marketplaces, social media, and other key digital providers.

  • Embed and mature best-practice product lifecycle process from customer need, prioritization, road mapping and delivery.

  • Established design-led approach to the Whole Product offer. Strengthened UI/UX team to deliver substantial increase in UX satisfaction for customers (increased product adoption and usage) and for internal users

    A tech-forward leader in B2B with proven ability to lead the delivery of a market leading tech-enabled solution (through leadership of the end-to-end Solution, Product and Operational delivery), focusing on continual innovation and expanding market leadership

  • Experience in Information Services and/or Intellectual Property markets is preferred

  • Extensive experience in designing and delivering data and analytics-based workflow products

  • Ability to articulate a clear and compelling product vision aligned to the customer needs now and, in the future, based on evidence and customer insight.

  • Identify solutions to deliver tangible customer outcomes / ROI that are validated and translated into clear KPIs for the whole end to end product and delivery function with aligned roadmap, customer journey and operational processes to drive substantial improvement in output and efficiency

  • A track record in enabling the design and delivery of a data driven technology platform leveraging complex analytics, models, and AI - with simple to use UI enabling customer self-serve and platform adoption

  • The ability to translate existing operational processes into prioritized work queues with data driven workflows enabling decisions, and turning insights into actions that are tracked from decision, to enforcement, through to resolution and providing reporting of customer value and internal operational metrics for continuous improvement

  • Substantially increase the use of AI /data science and technology enabled workflows to drive automation and enable ever faster and more comprehensive outcomes for customers

  • Provide clear market positioning and competitive differentiation translated into go to market strategies and sales motions that can be fully utilized by the Commercial teams (Sales and Marketing)
