Waking Nights Care Assistant - Social Care (Extra Care) - GUARANTEED HOURS

As an Extra Care Assistant, you will be providing the same level of excellent care, but in one place of work rather than working in the community. You will enable the elderly to live as independently as possible in their own individual flats located within one large building on a shared communal site.

This could include support with meals, medication, companionship, housekeeping duties, responding to emergencies, and personal care (assisting with toilet breaks, washing, dressing and other aspects of a night time routine).

Our team consists of highly skilled carers who are not only well-trained but also genuinely passionate about their work., We have a mix of shift patterns available between 9:30 PM and 7:00 AM, Monday to Sunday. You will be required to work alternate weekends to ensure every one can have a weekend off.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• No experience required


• 3 Day Induction Course


• Shadowing shifts with an experienced carer


• Have experience? Excellent! We can offer fast-track induction training for those who qualify, terms and conditions apply.
  
  Pay

The pay rate stated in this Ad, 11.44 weekday and 11.44 weekend.
You will be paid time and a half for working bank holidays.
You will be paid DOUBLE TIME for Christmas Day and New Year's Day.,
