The Council Northumberland County Council operates a huge range of services across one of the largest counties in the UK. The Joint Equipment Loans Service (JELS) carry out various activities within our warehouse and when required to collect, load/unload and transport equipment to and from Client’s homes, residential homes and hospitals.
