This role will lead the profitable development of PUK business (Walkers and Quaker) across the WxB (Wholesale, excluding Booker) customer base, covering buying groups and wholesalers, through an account team of 14.

The position will have a team of 3-4 direct reports and total team of 14.

  • Accountability for the development, execution, and delivery of the WxB Channel AOP.

  • Accountability for effective management of Sales Promotions, Terms management and the achievement of promotional efficiency targets for the channel.

  • Developing strategies and tactics to drive high revenue/ impulse packs and products.

  • Accountable for delivery of in-store execution standards of distribution, display and promotion as defined in the UK annual marketing calendar and operating plan across the channel.

  • Developing and strengthening key customer relationships at senior level across the all customers in the channel

  • Responsible for setting and consistently communicating a clear vision and objectives to a diverse sales team, to motivate and inspire their performance.

  • Development of your team, via coaching, feedback and formal training, to ensure performance in role, and readiness for movement into other roles.

  • This role will be a key member of the Impulse Sales Leadership team, tasked with the development and delivery of the total Impulse channel AOP.

  • Responsibility for trade media and trade facing work with industry bodies to further PepsiCo's reach across multiple customers and decisionmakers.

    Broad multi-channel sales experience preferably with UK organised trade and in FMCG.

  • Proven leadership and people development skills of a substantial team of diverse individuals.

  • Strong results orientation, track record of hitting and exceeding targets.

  • Influencing skills - demonstration of ability to influence both internal and external agenda at a senior level.

  • Commercial Acumen - Strong commercial and analytical ability required to manage both the operational and strategic agenda.

  • Skilled negotiator - ability to conduct multi-faceted negotiations at both tactical and a strategic/contractual level.
