Year in Industry- Marketing

You will report to the Marketing & Communications Manager, supporting the implementation of on and offline communications activities, which strengthen Atlas Copco Power Technique's brand identity. During the placement year, you will be given various projects to help you gain exposure to different aspects of an industrial B2B customer centre.,

• Working with our CRM database to effectively target existing customers and prospects with mail shots, product releases, and campaigns and monitoring the sales pipeline working and supporting the sales team.


• Keeping all branded social media pages up to date, creating eye-catching posts and analysing results.


• Support marketing and sales to develop a strategy to increase e-commerce sales, coordinating marketing campaigns and supporting to keep the website up to date.


• Play a leading role in the booking and organisation of trade exhibitions, for example, briefing and overseeing exhibitions and graphic suppliers on the stand design and artwork, coordinating product logistics, booking hotels, ordering giveaways and literature, compilation of sales leads, on-site coordination, risk assessments, etc. within the specified budget.


• Ordering and managing merchandise for all brands.


• Support ad hoc events, product launches, corporate hospitality and conferences for customers, distributors, employees, and prospects, for example, planning, on-site coordination, managing attendee lists and producing displays.


• It would be an advantage to hold a full UK driving licence.


Educational requirements:
Candidates must be currently at the university.
