Full Job Description

As our new Youth Engagement Partner, you'll contribute to shaping and delivering our youth engagement programme to our local communities. The role will be responsible for the creation and delivery of a range of youth engagement activities.
You will report to our Senior Youth Engagement Partner and will work alongside a team of Youth Engagement Partners and other agencies to encourage young people's participation, providing a range of opportunities for growth and development, whilst creating lasting positive relationships.

Our ideal candidate shares our mutual values and is passionate about working in partnership with tenants and our wider communities. You'll need to be an excellent communicator - someone who is warm, compassionate, and approachable, with a sense of humour. You'll be confident in working alongside a range of audiences, tailoring your approach, and able to facilitate discussion.

You can speak from the heart and are driven by seeing young people and communities thrive. You have bucketloads of initiative and be a great event organiser with excellent project planning skills.

Please be aware that due to the nature of this role, the successful candidate will be required to undergo a DBS check.
