Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

Increasing overall sales of Residential, Commercial and Cooling solutions (volume, value, and margin in line with agreed targets)

Expand the current project pipeline by establishing clear growth of Heating and Cooling solutions.

Establish strong relationships with BMS and M+E contractors and specialists HVAC merchants/wholesalers.

Perform product selection and dimensioning for customers, if requested technical product and application support key stakeholders.

Work with other divisions of Danfoss, sharing knowledge and sales leads.

The successful candidate would preferably have some knowledge of Residential, Commercial and Cooling and have a proven level of experience in delivering solutions. You will have gained valuable experience working together with customers and other stakeholders in all levels of services including sales and technical applications.

Ideally have an experience or a good comprehension of Residential, Commercial and Cooling applications

The ability to understand perspectives and to be able to successfully influence and negotiate.

Experience of selling solutions into Developers, Main contractors, Local authority and Housing Associations would be beneficial.

Good written and verbal communication skills to communicate to different audiences in a clear and accessible way.

Strong interpersonal skills, to work and build relationships with a wide range of people and organisations and be able to Communicate and influence at all stakeholder levels.

Display a collaborative attitude for the benefit of the wider system including holding meetings with key stakeholders from other organisations.

Good organisation skills, to track priorities, work to deadlines and manage projects.

An existing knowledge of CRM systems
