Conduct thorough needs assessments and solution presentations to articulate the value proposition of our SaaS offerings.

Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Sales Development, Marketing, and Product, to ensure alignment and support throughout the sales process.

Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and navigate contract discussions to successfully close deals.

Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular updates on pipeline activity using CRM software.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.

Represent TrustFlight at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our solutions and expand our network.

The Account Executive will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by managing the entire sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure. This role will focus on establishing and nurturing relationships with prospective clients, understanding their unique needs, and delivering tailored solutions that address their challenges. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical B2B or enterprise sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth., Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.

5+ years of experience in technical B2B or enterprise sales, with a proven track record of success in exceeding sales targets.

Strong understanding of the aviation industry and/or experience selling to aviation-related businesses is a plus.

Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles, navigate organisational structures, and build consensus among stakeholders.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively and influence decision-making.

Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving business growth.

Fluency in English is required, proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.

Flexibility to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events as needed.
