General HR Administration Support

Management of the HRIS system - ensuring that all information is recorded on the modules on the system and relevant documentation stored in employee folders when needed.

Supporting annual performance management and promotions cycle processes, including but not limited to the gathering relevant data, documenting reviews and generating letters.

Developing awareness and application of relevant legislation (employment and immigration) and data management

Management of our People plan and supporting the wider People team as and when required (Weekly Meeting Minutes etc.)

Support the Talent Lead with relevant applicant pre-screening, as well as the coordination and arranging of interviews.

Management of onboarding schedules for new joiners globally across all practices. Working closely with all the relevant stakeholders to ensure each new joiner attends all the mandatory and relevant training, whilst also aiding their integration into Prescient through the introductions and relationships built with their peers.

Work closely with IT and the relevant office support to ensure that each new joiner has everything they need for when they join.

Outstanding customer/client service skills or strong evidence of what this looks like and how to apply it at work

IT literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Confident and competent organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with colleagues at all levels

Excellent oral and written communication skills
