An opportunity has arisen within FGS Agri for a Project Co-ordinator to join the Estates team and support the management of the Heathcote Holdings group property portfolio. The role will support the expanding residential, agricultural and commercial developments, working closely with stakeholders, contractors and internal teams.,

Assist with the development of our property portfolio to maximise value and rental opportunities.

Create detailed budget costings for projects.

Support the delivery of construction and maintenance projects.

Deliver a high level of service and support to the facilities management customers.

Assist with the implementation of a property management system.

Self-motivated with an eye for detail

Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Knowledge of construction practices

Computer literate

Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels
