Main POC for the T2100 framework, to provide support, resolve queries

Strengthen and develop a robust supply chain

Ensuring internal spend compliance

Sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotations

Conducting tender processes

Commodity research and spend analysis

Supplier meetings and engagement

Attending Project Meetings and providing procurement updates

Creation of Supply Chain Strategies and obtaining approval

Management of Procurement Schedules

Building and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders

Identifying key trends or opportunities for cost reduction

Negotiating discounts and savings

Supplier performance management

Subcontract supply chain, materials procurement & category management

Ensuring accurate reporting of savings and value add activities

Ensuring adherence to procurement processes and procedures

You will have the following:

Knowledge of procurement ERP and e-tendering systems (e.g. Oracle, Jaggaer or similar)

Working knowledge of subcontract procurement process

Supply Chain Management experience

Demonstrates strong negotiation skills

Awareness of commercial contracts

Strong stakeholder management skills

Construction knowledge desirable
